Designed in 1965 by Elio Martinelli, Serpente Floor Lamp celebrated its fiftieth anniversary in style. The floor lamp is made using methacrylate moulding techniques that were particularly innovative for the period in which it was designed. Innovative is also one way of describing its geometric shape and dynamic nature, capable of capturing the atmosphere of the years in which Italian design established itself in the world.
