Purchaser's withdrawal rights

The customer may withdraw from the contract without penalty and without providing a reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. In order to exercise this right, it must be sent a notification by registered letter to our customer service within the above deadline; this notification may also be sent by telegram or fax, always confirmed by a registered letter within the next 48 hours. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are tailored, nonstandard or custom( Selected sample). The goods must be returned by and under the responsibility of the customer in perfect condition within 14 days of being notified of his right of withdrawal. We always recommend that they are insured for the return shipment. The integrity of the goods is an essential condition for exercising the right to cancel and get a refund. Once back at our manufacturing plant the article will be carefully checked by our experts in order to verify the integrity of the same. Any damage or mark that results in a reduction of the initial value of the property will involve a proportional reduction in the refund of the amount paid. MM will return the amount paid less the shipping cost of the item from showroom to the customer’s address within 30 days of receiving it.

Seller's withdrawal rights

Made Milano remains the owner of the goods until effective payment of the entire amount due and reserves the right to withdraw the goods in event of incomplete payments. Made Milano may withdraw from the contract if the client does not observe the general terms and conditions.
