Shipping policy

From the time of order confirmation, your handmade furniture will take approximately from 4 to 8 weeks to be completely built by our craftmen. Delivery times vary according to every single item. As these products are made completely by hand, they may cause production delays. It is excluded from the outset that such delays could give rise to a claim for damages, direct or indirect, or cancellation of the order. The made in Italy is at the core of our project.

Made Milano is anchored by the Italian hand-crafted production and by the origin and quality of the materials.

- Shipping fees: : They can vary according to the selected products and you can check them in your cart. Shipping fees applied only for: Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Malta. Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. If you live in a not prior specified country shipping fees can change. In this case our customer service will contact you within 24 hours to inform you. 

The customer shall check the condition of the goods when they are delivered and in front of the courier. In case of damaged items please indicate the problem in the delivery note and contact immediately our Customer Service that will help you to file an insurance claim with the courier service in order to request the replacement of the damaged part.
